Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow the Risk Advisory business by leading development of ZRS’s overall advisory proposition for new/independent customers and existing Zurich clients.
  • •Define the global distribution and go-to-market approach for new/independent customers.
  • •Lead a team of global vertical leaders (e.g., Cyber, Climate, Business Continuity Management, and Enterprise Risk Management) to shape propositions and enable cross-leveraging.
  • •Oversee customer-facing risk advisory teams across many countries and regions and drive business development alongside country leaders and commercial teams.
  • •Lead Zurich’s thought leadership agenda on resilience and translate market and regulatory trends into actionable initiatives and solution enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in risk advisory, consulting, risk engineering, or a related field, ideally across multiple client sectors.
  • •Proven track record developing and/or delivering risk advisory propositions, solutions, or services in a complex international environment.
  • •Demonstrated commercial success building or scaling a new business/proposition, including business development and direct customer interactions.
  • •Ability to translate technical risk concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and customers.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and geographies; ability to influence in a global matrix structure.
