Key Responsibilities

•Develop sales plans and manage diverse clients in the Caspian Region to win business.
•Sell pressure pumping products and systems requiring technical knowledge, including customization within guidelines.
•Contribute to pricing and commercial frameworks, negotiating within room for client-specific conditions.
•Coordinate with (technical) sales support to realize sales and lead a department with large, estimated orders.
•Support tendering by preparing offers and contributing to proposals and win/loss performance.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in Pressure Pumping (cementing, coiled tubing, fracturing, etc.).
•3 years of experience in a sales position and operations.
•Ability to develop influential customer relationships, sales strategies, presentations, and proposals including win/loss tendering.
•Demonstrate effective problem identification and solution skills with strong analytical and organizational ability.
•Strong oral and written communication in English; Russian is a plus.
