  • •Partner with compliance stakeholders across regions, products, and domains (including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, Finance, and IT).
  • •Own the engagement model between analytics and Compliance for regulatory reporting and progress toward automated pipelines for recurring reports.
  • •Identify and implement high-impact analytics within testing projects and help upskill Compliance partners.
  • •Define and track KPIs to measure the team’s success and impact on coverage, efficiency, and accuracy.
