Job Summary

Own POS integration programs end-to-end in your region, from initial request through Commercial Done. Coordinate country teams, POS partners, and internal stakeholders; track milestones, risks, blockers, and timelines; and drive approvals and decision-making to keep delivery moving. Partner with a Super Developer for integration onboarding, co-own first-restaurant go-lives per POS, and coordinate rollout and adoption with country teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate country teams, POS partners, and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle
•Track integration status, milestones, and timelines; communicate risks, blockers, and progress
•Drive approvals and decision-making; remove blockers and escalate as needed to keep delivery moving
•Sync weekly with country reps to prioritize bugs, new requests, and new integrations
•Co-own onboarding for the first restaurant on each new POS, then own technical onboarding for subsequent restaurants; coordinate rollout and go-live to Commercial Done

Key Requirements

•3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations
•Comfort with technical topics including APIs, POS systems, and integration concepts (without needing to code)
•Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners, and internal teams
•Bias for action: chase blockers, push decisions, and keep momentum
•Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work
