Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle for people data solutions, from intake through launch and adoption.
  • •Oversee request intake and prioritization, ensuring requesters understand scope, what is not being built, and why.
  • •Translate business questions into solution requirements and work with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Legal, and the business.
  • •Partner with the Analytics Engineer and Solutions Architect on scoping, sequencing, and delivery.
  • •Support data governance by contributing to the data dictionary and ensuring consistent metric definitions, including building the education layer.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or an equivalent role delivering data or analytics products.
  • •5+ years of experience translating ambiguous business questions into concrete requirements.
  • •Ability to read SQL queries and interrogate a data model, and determine when an answer is wrong.
  • •3+ years of experience with HR or people data and familiarity with Workday or Greenhouse.
  • •3+ years of experience with BI and analytics tooling such as Hex, Tableau, or Looker.
