Job Summary

Work as a Senior Associate Business Analyst to partner with internal and external stakeholders, understand business/process/system issues, and translate requirements into practical solutions. You’ll support business analysis and transformation efforts, deliver business project elements aligned to sponsor needs and enterprise architecture, and help resolve service issues. The role also involves documenting operational gaps (including guides, templates, test cases, and user training) while adhering to development and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Bridge business problems and technology solutions, supporting analysis and resolution with the help of technology.
•Gather and define business requirements and propose solutions for business, process, information, and system problems, improvements, or change.
•Deliver business project elements in line with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
•Develop and deploy enhanced services and platforms across definition through build and deployment, covering functional aspects.
•Identify and document operational gaps (user guides, templates, test cases, and user training) and assist in service issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Moderate experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment.
•Knowledge of business practices and processes, with the ability to convert business requirements into functional/operational deliverables.
•Good documentation skills for functional requirements, test cases, system user documentation, processes, procedures, and presentations.
•Wworking knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Information Technology (or related field).
