Key Responsibilities

•Own the overall strategy and roadmap for Cashloan or BNPL products, defining mid-to-long-term direction and growth targets.
•Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and operational data to identify growth and monetization opportunities and translate them into product priorities.
•Develop expertise in credit risk management and partner with risk and treasury/funding teams to make trade-offs across risk, cost, growth, and user experience.
•Lead solution design and integration with payment and funding partners to ensure seamless user experience, robust transaction flows, and regulatory adherence.
•Own end-to-end product lifecycle from definition and launch through operational optimization; partner with analytics on KPIs and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above and 5+ years in product management with payments, BNPL, cash loan, or internet/consumer finance experience.
•Proven track record as a Product Owner/Product Lead, driving products from 0 to 1 or through significant scale.
•Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of lending operations and risk management; ability to collaborate with risk and treasury/funding teams.
•Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions to define priorities.
•Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills to align stakeholders and drive execution; high ownership mindset.
