Powerhouse - Control Room Operator

Operate and maintain critical power generation equipment at P&G’s South Boston Manufacturing Center, helping run the shift and keep production flowing for the Gillette shaving facility. You’ll control and oversee systems including combined-cycle co-generation, steam turbines, boilers, chillers, compressed air, water treatment, and permit compliance testing. The role requires rotating shifts, safety-focused work, and demonstrated experience maintaining major power plant equipment.
