Job Summary

Manage strategic relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients as an individual contributor, helping them realize long-term value from the Pismo platform. Drive product adoption, operational excellence, and client outcomes through success plans, account rhythms, and executive engagement. Coordinate across Product, Technology, Sales, Implementation, Operations, and Support to resolve needs and escalations, while serving as the voice of the client and monitoring client health and risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day and strategic client success relationships for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients, building partnerships across business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
•Drive client outcomes and product adoption by partnering on goals and ensuring measurable value realization from the platform.
•Create and maintain client success plans, account rhythms, and engagement strategies aligned to client priorities and business objectives.
•Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Technology, Sales, Implementation, Operations, and Support to resolve needs, manage escalations, and deliver seamless client experience.
•Serve as voice of the client by capturing feedback, identifying recurring themes, influencing internal priorities, and monitoring client health and risk to proactively mitigate issues.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•8+ years of client success, account management, relationship management, consulting, or related experience within SaaS, fintech, payments, banking, or technology.
•Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise clients, preferably large banks, financial institutions, or other highly regulated organizations.
•Proven ability to lead through influence, coordinate stakeholders across matrixed teams, and drive outcomes without direct people management responsibility.
•Comfort discussing platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, operational processes, and performance topics with clients and internal teams.
