Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly for the Arsenal-1 Vice President of Production to execute strategic priorities and run special projects.
  • •Partner with production leadership, business lines, and facilities to build the Arsenal-1 Ohio roadmap.
  • •Serve as the connective tissue and first point of contact between the Ohio plant and headquarters in California for Arsenal-1 matters.
  • •Structure strategic problems and shepherd cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions using first-principles thinking and iterative analysis.
  • •Operationalize Ohio incentives by coordinating cross-functionally across finance, legal, government relations, talent acquisition, and external professional services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or product/program management.
  • •Comfort with executive/C-suite engagement and knowing when to pull executives into problem solving versus leading independently.
  • •Strong emotional intelligence and ability to solve operational problems in a data-driven and people-centric way through cross-functional relationships.
  • •Self-driven, proactive, and able to build clear frameworks to structure complex, ambiguous problems.
