Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the store expert to translate brand stories into in-store customer experiences and lead the team in product knowledge, usage scenarios, and merchandising basics
  • •Plan and execute displays and seasonal adjustments, including styling advice and product placement
  • •Deliver in-store skills training and provide constructive feedback to improve customer experience and team happiness
  • •Skyline product knowledge and customer needs, proactively plan product trainings for new releases
  • •Assist with core store operations (receiving/returns/inventory loss prevention, cash register operations, closing/opening, daily reviews) and support shift handovers

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with passion for retail industry and customer service
  • •1+ year of supervisory/training experience
  • •Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays (shift-based, full-time)
  • •Strong product knowledge, communication, and willingness to provide feedback and training
  • •Basic English communication skills; ability to engage with customers and team
