•Lead compensation programs and projects to scale Anduril’s People infrastructure.
•Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams through compensation planning cycles via calibration sessions and remedies.
•Design, implement, and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation aligned with strategy and market trends.
•Lead job evaluation processes, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families.
•Partner with leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition to resolve complex compensation issues and drive implementation of compensation initiatives.

•6+ years of experience in compensation roles
•Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics to ensure competitive compensation practices
•Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership

•Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive multiple projects with strong operational background
