  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment and ensure positions are filled before line start-up.
  • •Supervise team member exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics and support a high-performing team.
  • •Ensure machinery is performing to the highest standard and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Manage accurate shipments, inventory rotation, proper product coding, and record reworked or returned product.
