Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of total software engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Business intuition and a data-driven mindset for thinking critically about abuse-prevention tradeoffs; data science or machine learning experience is a plus.
  • •Obsession with impact, with a track record of shipping simple solutions without sacrificing quality.
  • •Comfort with data warehouses and transformation tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Dagster.
