Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to support consistent delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slip and forecast key milestones.
  • •Ensure project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, applying best practices across projects.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously to verify approved design standards are followed.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs; provide technical support and rapid RFI responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management or mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
  • •Experience in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience.
  • •Experience supporting quality control processes for mechanical equipment (e.g., vendor equipment factory).
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents and tools including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, equipment submittals, RFIs, plus Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook and Procore/Project/Smartsheets.
