Job Summary

Lead SAP AI and automation initiatives, defining the SAP BTP vision and roadmap while aligning offerings with NTT DATA’s global SAP and Digital portfolios. Drive an AI & Automation Center of Excellence, establish architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance standards, and build reusable assets through accelerators and IP. Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors, lead CxO-level discussions, and guide a multi-region cross-functional team to deliver AI-led SAP modernization outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a thought leader and people leader across SAP programs, driving client value realization and reusable assets.
•Define the SAP LE-wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP, AI, and Automation.
•Align SAP BTP, AI, and Automation offerings with NTT DATA’s global SAP and Digital portfolios.
•Establish and govern an AI & Automation Center of Excellence and define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance.
•Collaborate with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go-to-market initiatives, and represent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums and innovation councils.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
•15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects (or similar SAP projects).
•Deep knowledge of SAP technologies including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, and Joule.
•Strong architectural design and system integration skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
