Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic programs and continuous improvement teams to execute and enable Supply business strategic plans.
  • •Manage the end-to-end strategic planning process, aligning external awareness and internal strengths into short- and long-term strategies.
  • •Apply Lean principles and A3 problem-solving through the Supply Business A3 methodology with senior leadership.
  • •Drive key strategic initiatives for profitable growth, defining standard work, metrics, deliverables, and performance monitoring.
  • •Collect and analyze data on business development opportunities and growth projects, partnering with product management, marketing, and operations to execute aligned initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business discipline (MBA preferred).
