Job Summary

Design, script, test, implement, and maintain robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity. Create comprehensive test plans and test cases, define automation data needs across systems, and execute performance tests to meet expected automation levels. Lead investigations with clients and technical staff to resolve technical issues, while documenting automation capabilities and operating procedures and assessing feasibility for new automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, script, test, implement, and maintain robotics process and desktop automations.
•Create comprehensive test plans and test cases and define automation data needs across systems.
•Execute performance tests to ensure expected automation performance levels.
•Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff, at times leading efforts.
•Write documentation for automation capabilities and operating procedures, and assess feasibility for new automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of ten years of experience.
•Thorough knowledge of data and process modeling, system and application testing, and the software development life cycle.
•Thorough knowledge of information and release management, plus product and vendor evaluation.
•Thorough knowledge of Java or VBA (or other configuration/scripting technology).
