Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute work plans for one or more low to moderate complexity projects and proactively progress deliverables.
  • •Assist with development and execution of project timelines, including contingency planning.
  • •Develop prototypes to support concept work and refine them using consumer feedback.
  • •Conduct ingredient screenings during benchtop evaluation and run trials in the pilot plant and/or manufacturing facilities to assess feasibility and consumer acceptability.
  • •Incorporate nutritional and cost parameters into product design and communicate plans, results, and project risks to stakeholders and senior functional staff.
