Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and enterprise adoption of AI agent capabilities, AI harness platforms, and RAG-based knowledge base systems.
  • •Define technical architecture and roadmap for agent orchestration, tool integration, workflow automation, memory, evaluation, observability, and governance.
  • •Establish architecture principles, design patterns, best practices, and governance standards for enterprise AI agent and RAG application development.
  • •Provide technical leadership across AI reliability, scalability, observability, cost optimization, privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-value AI use cases and mentor engineers through architecture reviews and implementation guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience working with two or more of: web application development, Unix/Linux, distributed and parallel systems, networking systems, and large software systems.
  • •5+ years of software development experience, preferably with Golang or Python.
  • •Experience driving enterprise AI adoption across multiple business units or internal product teams.
  • •Ability to combine architect-level technical ownership with product management responsibilities, including strong AI system tradeoff understanding (cost, latency, accuracy, reliability, safety, UX).
