Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted legal advisor to DSG teams, balancing legal risk with business and technical objectives.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements for DSG products and solutions.
  • •Advise on product development and commercialization, including IP, software and data rights, open-source, compliance, warranties, risk allocation, and dispute resolution.
  • •Lead and coordinate negotiations with internal stakeholders and escalate significant legal or business risks as appropriate.
  • •Develop contracting templates, playbooks, and guidance; monitor emerging legal/regulatory issues and translate them into practical business support.

Salary: USD 145,390 - 249,240 annually

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree and admission to practice law in a U.S. state.
  • •Demonstrated experience as a practicing attorney, with both law firm and in-house experience preferred.
  • •Experience in commercial transactions and intellectual property law.
  • •Ability to work with clients at all levels and balance legal and business issues while achieving shared goals.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain English.
