Job Summary

On-site architectural inspections lead the quality and compliance checks across drawings, codes, and specifications. Coordinate with the Senior Architectural Engineer and other engineers, review contractor shop drawings, manage NCRs, monitor variations and approvals, and maintain comprehensive site records to keep the project on schedule and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor architectural engineering aspects of the project per inspection plan, drawings, codes and specifications.
•Liaise with the Senior Architectural Engineer and other engineers/managers to provide guidance.
•Review and monitor variations to mitigate time and cost impacts for changes.
•Monitor review of contractor documents/shop drawings for quality and compliance with the Quality Control Plan.
•Maintain full site records, daily diaries, and monthly progress photography.
