Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve budgeted sales volume for key consumer goods accounts and maintain existing accounts for continued growth.
  • •Develop and execute Smithfield sales plans to promote product lines and use consumer/customer insights to improve sales performance.
  • •Maintain knowledge of product management, marketing, and R&D efforts to support customer demands for new items.
  • •Communicate with customer stakeholders daily regarding pricing, product availability, logistics information, product specifications, and order management.
  • •Resolve customer complaints or problems promptly and equitably, coordinating with corporate headquarters as needed.
