Key Responsibilities

•Partner with category managers and top merchants to understand content and commercial strategy, design tailored content programs, and identify/activate creators to drive merchant results.
•Develop and execute a comprehensive creator marketing strategy aligned with merchants’ reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
•Recruit creators aligned with merchants’ values, target audience, and product offerings, and develop creator briefing templates and materials to accelerate production.
•Manage creator sampling end-to-end and measure/optimize availability, speed, and conversion.
•Monitor and analyze creator-generated content and performance data to build best-practice models for content mix, scale, and optimization; track product and industry trends within relevant categories.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
•Experience in influencer/creator marketing, digital marketing, or category management in e-commerce.
•Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a growth mindset.
•Experience partnering with brands or commerce platforms to execute, optimize, or scale influencer and affiliate programs.
