Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure necessary actions when customer requirements are not met and guide repair and rework activities.
  • •Coordinate with the engineer and TM for leading Kaizan/A4 using assigned tools.
  • •Help check welding quality during manufacturing and support welding engineers for new welding technology import/development (WPS/PQR).
  • •Be responsible for training welders and welding-operators and contribute to specifications of welding equipment and welding fixture/tools.
  • •Execute production work according to ALPS standards, follow continuous improvement practices, and manage HSE requirements including hot work permits, confined spaces, and work at height.

Salary: EUR 35,000

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and non-destructive testing (NDT), including liquid penetrant (PT), ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), and radiographic testing (RT).
  • •Ability to interpret isometric drawings, P&ID, and construction/maintenance standards such as TEMA, ASME, and UNI EN.
  • •Understanding of basic metallurgy and material behavior exposed to corrosion, fouling, and thermal shock in process plants.
  • •Knowledge of welding specifications (WPS/PQR) and ability to verify welders’ qualifications (WPQ) for pipe interventions and maintenance.
  • •Reference standards knowledge including ASME Section VIII (pressure vessels) and TEMA standards.
