Job Summary

Serve as a frontline technical point of contact for strategic datacenter, cloud, and neocloud (GPU) customers. You’ll work with engineering and ecosystem partners to deploy, optimize, and scale AI and high-performance workloads on AMD CPU and GPU platforms. The role blends hands-on bring-up, validation with open-source AI/HPC stacks, performance benchmarking, and technical program management—while guiding customers from initial discovery through production deployment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic cloud, on-prem, and neocloud customers supporting AI and HPC workloads on AMD CPU and GPU platforms.
•Partner with customer engineering and leadership to understand requirements and guide solution design and deployment.
•Deliver technical presentations, demos, and architecture walkthroughs for technical and executive audiences.
•Program-manage customer opportunities through complex engagements and long sales cycles.
•Perform hands-on system bring-up and validate AI/HPC software stacks, including benchmarking and performance profiling.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical role supporting compute, datacenter, or cloud customers.
•Strong interest in AI/ML technologies and the ability to work across hardware and software layers.
•Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
•Programming experience in one or more of: Python, C/C++, Bash.
