Key Responsibilities

•Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or initial inspections on vehicles during the reconditioning process.
•Identify imperfections or repairs needed throughout reconditioning and help ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
•Work with state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
•Participate in 2nd shift operations and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
•Complete role duties safely using required protective equipment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 months professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may be subject to an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
