Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute marine-related services/tasks assigned from IMS.
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain WWF systems and other AL equipment.
  • •Conduct retrofit or re-commissioning, including preparation, inspection/install, calibration, alarm testing, and compliance verification.
  • •Sail with ships for troubleshooting and supervise/advice contractors for correct WWF system installation.
  • •Communicate with ship crew, superintendent, class survey, and yard; report progress to IMS and submit required paperwork after site work.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a Marine Engineer, on board or in a yard, or equivalent.
  • •Good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills.
  • •Preferred: Offshore or Marine Engineering education background.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of commissioning experience for comparable installations.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year working experience with Alfalaval-related products (e.g., WWF systems).
