Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic oversight and alignment of field operations with contract execution for IOU/utility power delivery construction programs.
  • •Support management of the Project Quality Program and ensure site personnel follow safety requirements.
  • •Build, lead, and manage an internal workforce across multiple projects within the client’s service territory.
  • •Review and advise on EPC contractor proposals, cost estimates, scopes, schedules, invoices, resource plans, risk contingencies, and QA/QC plan adherence.
  • •Serve as mediator between client and contractors, manage construction progress/change/schedule, and resolve critical project issues and disputes.

  • •Expertise in construction delivery methods, contract administration/compliance, and advising on strategic project risks.
  • •Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, plus OSHA 30-hour safety certification.
