Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement tools and services to improve platform and ecosystem reliability and resilience.
  • •Design and implement agentic products that scale site reliability engineering work across the organization.
  • •Develop platform tools and products to automate and scale operational tasks.
  • •Collaborate on reliability delivery exercises and performance modeling through analysis of systems, applications, and components.
  • •Participate in technical on-call for critical incidents and in post-incident analysis processes, collaborating with cross-functional technology areas to improve system availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate strong backend development using multiple programming languages to support the organization’s ecosystem.
  • •Have knowledge of observability, instrumentation, and tools to analyze and resolve technical incidents.
