Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, executive coordination, or a comparable high-volume scheduling role supporting senior stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on operations experience owning real operational scope beyond recruiting logistics.
  • •Deliver white-glove candidate/client experiences with a genuinely high bar.
  • •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple active interview processes without details falling through cracks.
  • •Proficiency with modern scheduling and ATS tools; experience with Ashby is a huge plus.
