Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with developing solution and recommendation options that consider business needs, user needs, and technology constraints.
  • •Support clients in defining transformation roadmaps aligned to organisational challenges and business objectives, including technology adoption.
  • •Set the direction and scope for delivery teams by managing discovery and refinement of scope and ensuring value-based prioritisation.
  • •Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through organisational transformations, enabling technology adoption and cultural readiness.
  • •Contribute to thought leadership and best practices in change, transformation, and technology adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business consulting or business analysis.
  • •Experience supporting or leading the adoption of new technologies within broader business or digital transformation programmes.
  • •Working knowledge in at least one of: process and operating model redesign, change adoption management, product management, or customer insight.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in technology, science, business, management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, communication, and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, plus agile/digital delivery familiarity.
