Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose equipment issues.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing pump, power, and HVAC equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures in the shop and at customer locations and handle repairs.
  • •Travel to customer job sites when required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.
  • •Maintain complete electronic documentation and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read schematics.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for worksites.
