Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver manufacturing, test, and failure analysis/recovery processes for new datacenter servers and assemblies during NPI.
  • •Collaborate across HW/FW/SW engineering, manufacturing partners, and operations groups to drive product development and successful high-volume handoff.
  • •Create comprehensive product development plans, participate in DFX reviews, and provide DFX feedback to improve product quality.
  • •Support prototype/validation builds by working with factory teams, analyzing throughput/yield/failure dashboards, and resolving day-to-day issues.
  • •Debug and triage server platforms, perform minor rework/retesting/recovery, and publish daily status/build reports plus documentation and SOPs for internal and external teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Experience designing and manufacturing complex compute or networking hardware platforms.
  • •Knowledge of major components and interconnects including CPUs, GPUs, HBMs, Ethernet, PCIe, I2C, and SPI.
  • •Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex hardware platforms, including understanding of factory diagnostics/test software.
  • •Ability to review logs, make initial triage decisions, and communicate clearly with global teams; travel 2–3 times per quarter.
