Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead efforts to resolve daily constraints and provide direction for multiple Line Side Control Centers (LSCC).
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct research to obtain constraint knowledge and track status to resolution.
  • •Investigate and proactively identify future schedule constraints by attending line-by-line review meetings and communicating updates.
  • •Attend and/or lead Tier meetings; track constraints using the Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT).
  • •Assist site process/procedure development, create and present project proposals, support shop-floor operations and tooling procurement/modification, and help close IQDS quality corrective actions with root-cause solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, relationship building, and written/verbal communication.
  • •5+ years of experience developing, contributing to, and/or maintaining processes, policies, and procedures.
  • •5+ years of experience accessing aircraft computer data systems to initiate on-line parts and discrepancy requests.
  • •5+ years of experience in commercial or military airplane maintenance and/or modification.
