•Establish an accurate indicator system and monitoring/analysis framework based on business goals and models.
•Use business monitoring insights to identify overall business situation and locate business issues.
•Perform thematic analysis to analyze business issues and provide data support for operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product direction.
•Apply precipitation analysis methods and monitoring frameworks to define data product requirements and coordinate delivery with development and product teams.
•Coordinate cross-team training and knowledge sharing on data concepts, skills, methods, and tools.

•Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

•Proficiency in SQL plus hands-on use of Excel, PPT, and Tableau for data extraction and reporting.
