Job Summary

Contribute to the Regional Audit team by implementing automation to improve data quality and support internal audits across the MSEA region. Collaborate with Production, Commercial, Finance, and ELS to embed continuous improvement into operations. Build and maintain operational and interactive dashboards (OEE, scrap, downtime, delivery) and perform exploratory and ad hoc analyses to surface trends, anomalies, and KPIs that help leadership make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Regional Auditor in executing internal audits across sites and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.
•Design and implement automation workflows to streamline data collection, reporting, and operational processes.
•Develop and maintain operational dashboards for OEE, scrap, downtime, and delivery.
•Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
•Create and maintain interactive KPI dashboards (e.g., using Power BI or Looker) and support leaders in using KPI data for decision-making.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or college degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
•Good oral and written communication skills in English.
•Proven experience in process automation, data analytics, or workflow optimization.
•Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia) to support audit and improvement initiatives.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
