Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute India import shipments from multiple countries via sea and air for RPM, finished goods, equipment, and spare parts.
  • •Execute dispatches in systems and maintain dispatch timelines and business continuity during uncertain scenarios.
  • •Ensure import shipment controls and compliance, including regular reporting, audits (CSA, CDA), and vendor KPI reviews.
  • •Run payment and controls processes to prevent vendor payment disruptions and update activities in TMS and SAP for on-time execution.
  • •Identify and execute cost-saving projects by monitoring end-to-end import activities and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in logistics, export/import, customs operations, freight forwarding, or shipping line operations.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel reporting.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills.
  • •Basic knowledge of SAP is required.
  • •SAP and TMS knowledge is preferred/added advantage.
