Drive scope control, change management, risk/issue documentation, and clear stakeholder communication, while supporting pre-sales activities like scoping, costing, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects.
•Interface with project stakeholders to deliver from original concept through final implementation and handover to operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction, manage escalations, and act as the single point of contact to the client.
•Manage delivery to achieve the as-sold solution within baseline budget, on time, while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
•Manage scope control and change management; document and manage risks and issues; provide clear communications; support pre-sales scoping and proposal completion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business/project management or related field (or equivalent).
•Seasoned project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Relevant project management certifications (preferably PMP) and ability to manage project change management.
•Strong client engagement experience with the ability to manage expectations and service levels, including escalations.
•Good written and verbal communication skills and capability to work in high-pressure environments managing urgent, complex tasks simultaneously.
