Branch Manager

Lead and manage a Key Bank branch by coaching a sales team, delivering a strong client experience, and executing the Branch Playbook to achieve branch goals. Drive small business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, including outside calling and leveraging Centers of Influence. Ensure branch operations, security, and regulatory compliance are met while recruiting, onboarding, and developing teammates. Work occasional Saturdays and manage day-to-day branch activities and performance.
