Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the multi-track Banking & Markets early careers program across multiple business and population tracks.
  • •Coordinate unified onboarding with differentiated technical pathways across subject areas such as accounting/modeling, valuation, transactions, markets, research, real estate, and credit.
  • •Translate business and workforce priorities into the program model, annual plan, participant experience, development approach, and success measures.
  • •Lead end-to-end program execution across recruiting alignment, onboarding, training, rotations, milestones, conversion, placement, and ongoing development.
  • •Establish analytics and measures to evaluate execution, participant outcomes, readiness and conversion, and drive continuous improvement.
