Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the finance business partner to the Wholesale organization, providing actionable financial and strategic insights to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • •Own and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for Wholesale, including revenue, units, gross margin, and key operational drivers across retailers and products.
  • •Drive forecast accuracy by identifying key variances, risks, and opportunities and translating updated performance into an improved outlook.
  • •Own and optimize wholesale margin management and channel economics, maintaining visibility into retailer profitability and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • •Leverage and refine financial models to inform commercial decisions and support transition to an EPM system with improved scalability, accuracy, and reporting processes.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or another highly analytical finance role.
  • •Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, translating business performance into forward-looking plans and insights.
  • •Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, and channel economics, including pricing, product mix, and promotions.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with EPM systems, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and commercial judgment, plus clear communication to diverse stakeholder audiences.
