Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate Group IT CISO policy and TMC control updates to assigned IT teams, supporting training and rollout planning with the Assurance Function Lead.
  • •Embed ARS control requirements into new and changed service design and build processes, acting as the security assurance touchpoint for project teams.
  • •Develop and maintain control documentation, mapping, and evidence specifications for assigned services.
  • •Instill BAU evidence collection, curate evidence repositories, and support readiness reviews, walkthroughs, and assessments on behalf of Service Owners.
  • •Support remediation and risk mitigation after assessments and contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce manual compliance effort via automation and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in IT governance, compliance, security operations, or control assurance.
  • •Hands-on experience with evidence collection, control testing, or internal audit support in an IT environment.
  • •Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST for service-level control requirements.
  • •Experience working in Agile delivery teams or alongside Security Champions in a DevSecOps/product-based IT model.
  • •Preferred exposure to Allianz ARS processes or equivalent group-level IT compliance programs.
