AVP, Underwriting Director or VP, Senior Underwriting Director - E&S Excess Casualty

Underwrite new and renewal E&S Excess Casualty business with delegated authority using Zurich’s underwriting framework. Own prospecting for new accounts and managing renewals, perform opportunity assessments with wholesale distributors, and contribute to proposal development. Make agent/broker/customer calls, negotiate terms and conditions, and qualify accounts within appetite. Build strong broker and client networks and work with national wholesalers to drive profitable growth from Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston on a hybrid schedule.
