Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute engagement strategies, partnerships, events, and programs that raise Spotify’s profile with key public policy individuals and organizations.
  • •Convene and navigate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deploy strategic activations.
  • •Lead development and execution of engagement programs aligned with company priorities and advocacy objectives, including creatives storytelling and moments from concept through execution.
  • •Build and leverage key external relationships and lead cross-functional working groups to expand networks and advance advocacy goals.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading large-scale programs, events, or strategic initiatives, ideally in public affairs, government relations, creative industries, or adjacent fields.
  • •Track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs end-to-end from strategy through execution across multiple markets or regions.
  • •Deep understanding of the political and cultural landscape in the US, UK and EU.
  • •Proven ability to develop and execute complex engagement strategies, including small and large events, in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive briefings and public-facing materials.
