Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing M&A transactions, equity and debt offerings, and other financial advisory services in Japan.
  • •Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and valuation assessments to assist in client pitches and transaction processes.
  • •Prepare detailed financial models, pitch books, and presentation materials for client meetings and transactions.
  • •Coordinate due diligence processes, manage data rooms, and liaise with legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure deal execution is seamless.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry contacts to identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's presence in the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with exposure to M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance transactions.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • •Fluency in English is a must.
