Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Worldwide Operations from a product perspective by creating factory strategies and plans based on product roadmaps and budgets.
  • •Ensure Ready to Ship Release readiness and drive transactions into production/sustaining using PrP/Phase Gate processes.
  • •Develop test and release procedures and build processes to maintain consistent outcomes between labs and factories.
  • •Coordinate product builds for release into production, prioritize failures, and work with development to resolve problems; set up configuration specifications for releases.
  • •Use metrics and risk assessment/mitigation to improve new production introduction process, product quality, manufacturing transformation cost, and operations cycle time; prepare operations reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
  • •Advanced experience developing complex models and procedures to resolve issues and drive solutions.
  • •Depth in build orchestration, automation, and configuration specifications.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating lab and factory systems to ensure consistent release outcomes.
  • •Strong problem-solving and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams.
