Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day servicing for assigned CPI clients, including policy renewals, endorsements, quotations, placement activities, and policy documentation.
  • •Liaise with clients, insurers, reinsurers, and lenders on insurance matters; manage lender insurance requirements and associated documentation.
  • •Review policy wordings to ensure accurate coverage placement and documentation; participate in client meetings, presentations, and site surveys when required.
  • •Support placement and business development through solution development, tender submissions, renewal presentations, and client proposals; maintain opportunities and pipelines in Aon Connect.
  • •Handle financial and operational work including pre-invoices, premium collection follow-ups, credit control, forecasting/budgeting support, and compliance with Aon policies and local regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in insurance broking, underwriting, placement, or risk advisory, preferably in Energy, Mining, Construction, Power, or Infrastructure.
  • •Hold relevant insurance broking certifications and licences required by OJK (or be able to obtain and maintain them).
  • •Demonstrated experience managing corporate insurance accounts, renewals, and placement activities in the Energy/Mining/Construction/Power/Infrastructure sectors.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policy structures, placement processes, and reinsurance arrangements.
  • •Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
