Key Responsibilities

  • •Support production by receiving ingredients, preparing emulsions for product runs, and unloading sugar and vinegar tanks.
  • •Maintain inventory records using internal inventory tracking software and participate in monthly inventory validation.
  • •Perform ingredient preparation and brine-area cleaning, including preparing and staying consistent with pant cleanup procedures.
  • •Move bags of ingredients up to 50 pounds, clean barrels/drums, and operate equipment including forklift.
  • •Complete batch sheets, ending inventories, and other required paperwork while working closely with QA Lab and plant leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to lift, push, or pull loads up to 40 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds occasionally.
  • •Experience or ability to work accurately and safely with both liquid and dry ingredients.
  • •Ability to complete batch sheets and ending inventories accurately and on time.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents and follow plant safety procedures.
  • •Ability to use equipment safely (including forklift) and complete company training (Hi-Lo license).
