Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for Glovo's QCommerce groceries partners in Romania. •Build and maintain relationships with top Glovo partners in Romania through proactive communication, meetings, and business reviews.
•Analyze partner KPIs and ensure growth by leveraging understanding of the Q-commerce delivery model, marketing activations, and assortment performance.
•Prepare reports and dashboards for partners and internal teams to drive operational improvements.
•Onboard new partners by providing necessary tools and information and ensure they meet monthly/quarterly objectives.
•Collaborate with colleagues to translate partner feedback into product, marketing, and operations improvements and report to the Head of Q-commerce.
